Ecoshow 2011 Stream Journeys. Bristol Ecoshow Steering Group are planning a series of seven seminal walking experiences, provisionally Sunday afternoons in May and June. These explore the streams and valleys of Bristol’s natural landscape, still visible through the present built environment. They will bring to life the underlying story of people and their impact on place. We would love you to tell your contacts about this project; they should be really popular walks which stimulate more involvement in the future. We'll be publishing and sending round details later. For now please email me (bigbromo@yahoo.co.uk) to register your interest and indicate how you may be able to help. Our journey will help you to connect self and place, and it complements a multi-arts EcoShow celebrating the Stream Journeys with their communities provisionally set for June 17th.This will raise awareness of the connections and inspire others to see the way their local areas in Bristol connect buildings with nature. We believe a greater connection and appreciation of the place we live in is essential to help move our minds towards responsible custodianship of where we live and who we live with. If you support the idea please spread the word Many thanks David Mowat'
