Intimate Sounds of the Soul
A one-day workshop using vocal sound to awaken and deepen our connection to ourselves, each other and all that is.
Jenny's song 'Algae In My Blood' was a rowsing closing song for last year's ecoshow. We reccommend her workshop below
Sunday March 6th 10am - 5.30pm Wild Goose Space, St Werburghs.
£25 / £40 / £60 depending on income
This one-day workshop with Jenny Smith is an opportunity to enjoy yourself with sound, to shed any demons about having to sound a certain way and to use your voice as a vehicle to develop a deeper connection to yourself, each other and all of life. The day will be playful as well as an opportunity to stretch into areas of sound work possibly not experienced before. We will work individually, in pairs, small groups and as one large group. We will spend part of the day making sound outside.
Jenny Smith has used sound as a transformational tool for most of her life and combines this with her many years of self- development through paths including tantra, meditation, therapy and deep ecology and has been inspired through the work of Jewels Wingfield and Joanna Macy amongst others. She is particularly interested in helping people to let go of fear of what others think and connect to the healing power of free sound.
